Hello,
I'm an atheist and liberal from Iran(one of the most dictatorial countries in the world), in many cases I'm too worried about talking with other people outside and inside of Iran because Iran internet is under heaviest censorship after China, in another way Iranian government use operators for login into email (Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo and etc) and WhatsApp (Iran censored skype, line, Viber, telegram and most of secures messaging apps) by request for a new password (in forgetting password menu) by phone number and without customer know they receive new password for emails or messengers. Also, Iran blocked most public VPN services. PayPal, visa and master card are unavailable in Iran so I can't buy unpublic VPN that they don't know it's servers IP to block them.
I strongly need and secures email, VPN and messenger and as I didn't know anyone that registered in riseup before, So I thought to ask for invite code by help ticket.

Regarding your inquiry, we are sorry, but the only way to get an account currently is by one invite from a riseup user. Spammers were abusing the previous system making it useless for our users are we were constantly blocked by other providers. Until we can find a way to defeat those spammers, you will need to find a riseup user and get an invite from them :( Note that Riseup support will not give out invite codes.Note, however, that an invite code is not required for the vast majority of services provided by riseup including mailing lists. The only affected services are email, chat, and one of our two VPN services (see https://riseup.net/en/vpn). The "Red" service (see https://riseup.net/en/vpn/vpn-red) is the VPN service that requires an invite code. The "Black" service (see https://riseup.net/en/vpn/vpn-black), which provides many other additional features including ease of use and greater security and is the focus of our development does not require an invite code. Also not agreed with your policy in all situations (like mine) because always there're people are not connected to the community network and interested to join. The philosophy behind old members invite new members is stopping fake or untrusted members (As the way riseup think) signup, but when a new member directly try to prove himself to riseup because not connected to the old member, you can't deny his request easily.
I don't think the only way to prove riseup that I'm not untrusted is by old members. I'm not connected with any of riseup old members, even if I find an old member he/she never can trust me because I'm stranger to him/her, I thought about it and ask my friends if they are registered before send me to invite code, zero of them was member! the only way i had direct contacts to riseup and ask them for another way. even when you forget your password in Hotmail or facebook and don't have any recovery options, they help you by directly contact to their supports to prove they are the real person.
I need to register and need an account. Please help me by creating an invite code or manually register an account with my email.

We have no way of confirming that anyone is who they say they are on the internet. This is why we rely on actual users personally verifying others. I'm sorry, there is no other option. You might look into disroot.org.
