How do I access my e-mail again. I can access my account settings and everything but I can't go into my e-mail. It says my account has been closed too. How do I reopen it?

Your account is marked as inactive because it was not used for a long time (at least 12 months).
You can re-activate it just by login on account.riseup.net. Once you logged in there, you should be able to login on mail.riseup.net again.
