About three years ago, I created a Riseup Red email account with the following username (herkos) but it didn't provide alternate email address for password retrieval (it didn't give me a verification code either). I haven't tried to login to my account ever since until a few days ago. I'm unable to login to https://mail.riseup.net/rc.It keeps giving me "login failed" error eventhough I enter the correct password. How do I reset the password if I don't have either the verification code or alternate email?

Unfortunately, as Urraca said, we cannot find an account in our system with that name. If it has not been used for years, it is possible that it was removed from the system.
