Clicking on "your tickets" does not display my current tickets, but only deprecated stuff.
PLEASE SCRAP YOUR TICKET MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE, BECAUSE THAT IS MORE COMFORTABLE FOR DONALD TRUMP.

We use the Helpy (http://github.com/helpyio/helpy) support system and it group tickets based on the mail that people put when filling the ticket form (or the one associated with their support account).
The "Your tickets" shows that tickets, the ones that are open, active or closed.
If you don't see a specific ticket there, then chances are that you fill it with a different email or that it was marked as spam or deleted accidentally by us.
