Riseup.net block legitimeate emails from trip.com or from username@ctrip.com IP 101.226.248.242 etc. I have booked flight ticket with Trip.com and cannot receive any emails. My registered email account cannot receive notification either. The emails do not appear in my spam folder either.

With other email providers such as Gmail etc I registered another account at Trip.com, I can perfectly receive emails in gmail. I have checked the spam folder and emails is not in spam folders.

This means riseup.net server have rejected all the emails directly. Please fix the issues and if possible, disable those spam filters that have some many false positive. Please note I have configured my riseup.net account to the least sensitive in spam setting.

It is better to receive some spams than not receiving any emails at all or have false positive. Nowadays, there are not so many spams.

Also, my riseup.net mail box is not full, only used around 15% of the quotas and I am receiving emails from other organizations.

Thanks for the report about the incorrect blocking of 'trip.com', this is obviously not the ideal, or wanted behavior.

We'll look into this and see if we can find a solution, thanks again!
