Password locked

The account cybelle is not working. It was working perfectly but 2 days ago, for no reason, I can't access it anymore. I use Thunderbird and it keep asking my password but seems it was changed - I didn't. Even if I try to connect via browser the same thing happens.
What can possible happened?!? I use this email a lot and can't lose

Hi,

Your account seems to be working fine from our side. There has been no changes of your account in this season (last 3 months). Can you check that you are entering the correct password? I will check the logs in the next 24 hours to confirm that nothing is getting logged in in the account

Hi,
I'm trying to insert the password crtl c + v from my password manager, typing, re-typing over and over. Tried to check my emails the browser but also with no luck, and even in another computer. I have no clue what may have possible happened

I'm sorry, several of us have been traveling at the same time which took a hit on the support tickets (getting them delayed). I will ask another bird to help you over this but it might be a little later today since they are in another timezone.

Can you try to login at https://account.riseup.net with your username (cy63113) and your password? Do you have the same problem there?
