Mail Forwarding not resolved
I already created a ticket for this- and it will not allow further input- hence the second ticket.
This was several days ago and nothing has happened. The instructions for setting up mail forwarding are straight up bad and missing all kinds of steps.
I need the correct information- and if I am struggling with this then it is very likely that many others are too and simply will abandon the feature.
Again, with the correct information I would consider donating the time to write better instructions, create screenshots and do it in a way that gets people from point A to B.
EDIT: This also logged me out multiple times, it showed that there was no previous ticket... This is a mess!

You login into https://account.riseup.net, then you click on "Mail settings" on the left column and then fill the "Forwarding address" box and then click save.
Done.
The reason why you don't see the same tickets on both of your logins is because you picked the preferred option of login with your riseup account and now you are doing the "anonymous" way, which let's you fill an e-mail address. So both support tickets are owned by different persons
