I created a second ticket and got another incomplete rushed response- and AGAIN it will not let me follow up. After logging out and logging back in it is now claiming that I have no tickets.

This is getting aggravating.

Hi,

I'm unsure what else am i supposed to tell you, that's how you set a forwarding address. You go and login to https://account.riseup.net, login, read the left column to search for the "mail settings" link. click on it, and on the right you will see an forwarding text, and then under it a box where you write the e-mail address and then click in the green save button. There is nothing more.

I'm unsure where you are getting stuck because instead of explaining the issue, which is what we care about, as in the 3 tickets you haven't yet mentioned it. We cannot read your mind, so help us here.
