Redirecting emails

Hello, I seem to be having a problem with my organization's email after I changed the password.

The problem is that Incoming emails are not reaching the Organizations Inbox, and they are being redirected to my personal email.
It happened around the time I changed the password....

I have looked up all the possible options in mail.riseup.net and account.riseup.net.... so far no good.
Please help me. Thank you.
