A friend is complaining that riseup is rejecting his emails coming from a yahoo.fr account. Can it be fixed?

Not by ourselves, the server from yahoo your friend is using right now is blacklisted as it's sending too much spam. It's kind of a mess, but since yahoo was hacked some time ago and credentials exposed a bunch of spammers are using yahoo accounts to send spam, phishing, malware, etc and yahoo servers have been blocked and unblocked for the last year globally. The list of servers doing this are shared so different providers can protect their users, we can't really lift this block or spam is going to produce several problems :/
Usually yahoo servers get unlisted in a couple of hours, after they kill the accounts spamming but we don't have much options here right now
