I didn't mean to purge my data is there any way of getting any of those emails back an even after it purged my email account still isn't usable its saying over quota

Unfortunately, when you purge your mail, its gone for good. This is the point of the purge operation. If it possible to get it back, then the purge is not doing what it is supposed to do.
The fact that you are seeing over quota sounds like a bug, where do you see that? Is it in webmail, or do you use a mail client or somewhere else?
