Some people receive empty emails from the list they subscribed to.

Hi,
I looked in the archive and I don't see any blank messages. I am guessing the problem has something to do with the users mail client.
Maybe it is due to how the message is formatted, for example if the message is attached as HTML vs plain text. Do you know what email clients the people that receive empty emails are using? Maybe they are all similar or maybe we can find a pattern to the problem.
You could also try some experiments sending to those users directly using different formatting.

I also tought about an error client side. This person is using a webmail but I asked her to try Thunderbird.
I could then configure emails reception with html or plain text.

Until now the problem did not appear again with thunderbird instead of a browser.
