Please help

I don't know what to do. Please help me. I left the internet for a long time and I thought I screwed up my email by not knowing how to use my first smartphone, but now I think I might have gone too long without deleting things. Please help. I was committed to easing the burden on your servers but we only just got internet and I already screwed everything up. Please let me use my email. I need it. I can pay for more space. Please. I'll delete lots of stuff. I don't know how to start over. I need to do caregiving stuff and I want to say goodbye to my dad and I already had everybody looking down on me for not being online for so long. My hands are injured bad and I don't understand modern technology and we finally got our own internet and I screwed it up already. We're supposed to have a zoom meeting with the commission for the blind tomorrow, and I've never used zoom. I keep getting in trouble for not responding to stuff and our housing is at risk because the social workers who used to check my email for me told the housing authority that I can do it myself now, and all my banking and everything is tied to my riseup account, and I'm sorry. I'll fix it. I'll do anything. Please help me get my emails back. Please let me use my email.
