Delivery issues with Outlook and iCloud

I send a weekly newsletter with a friend with Tinyletter. For this I use an alias from my account. This friday we received an error notice from iCloud and Outlook. The errors were these:

Your message wasn't delivered because the destination email system rejected your message for security or policy reasons. For example, the email address might only accept messages from certain senders, or it might not accept certain types of messages, like those larger than a specific size.
Contact the recipient (by phone, for example) and work with them and their email admin to determine what policy or setting blocked your message and what you should do to make sure that future messages from you won't be rejected.
For more information, see Status code 5.7.1. https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=389365

pv33p00im-smtpin015.me.com gave this error:
[CS02] Message rejected due to local policy. Please visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204137

We comply with all the recommendations on those pages. Could there be an iCloud and Outlook problem with Riseup emails? Thanks a lot.

Solved.
Apple replied. One of the links in the newsletter uses a shortener that was flagged as spam.

Glad you figured it out. Shorteners are usually problematic. We tend to flag them as well.
