Can not connect to internet anymore on my PC

I installed the VPN back in December and have enjoyed using it after I was able to resolve that "checking status" issue. But I recently had a windows update and now I can't connect at all. The VPN initialzes like it should and my network is on but I keep getting a message saying that I can't access internet. I'm using firefox, I have windows 10 and I've got Bitdefender.

I've tried uninstalling and resinstalling to no avail. I've tried rebooting my modem even and still I have an issue. This is only occurring on my PC btw. My mobile devices work perfectly.

I would suggest filing an issue upstream since few of us use Windows.
