I suppose not being able to find this feature anywhere means it's likely that it's impossible but I'd like to just make sure, as it would be greatly beneficial: is it possible to get a riseup email address's public key to export to be able to share it with people who use other email providers that support encrypting with a public key?

I think you are referring to Mail using PGP based encryption, no?
If that is so, then Riseup does not offer any kind of end to end encryption on the mail service by itself, BUT we do have documented some ways on how to use GPG under thunderbird and other email clients.
