I was searching all over the place to find info about either vpn services (red or black) would work with tails but I can't find anything. I'm thinking that it should work (linux based and so on) but I would like to be sure of it.
if they both don't work with tails are there any good suggestions for me to use?

This system specific questions should go directly to the system mantainers. Tails is a friendly project but we don't know which tradeoffs exist as it was designed to work with Tor and not VPNs. Please ask them about it and see their recommendations.
