I can't find anywhere on how to add an email to whitelist. When I click settings, there is no option to Whitelist an email. What should I do? Thanks

Sorry, our systems are a little messy... the "Allow list" (for spam related setup) is located at https://account.riseup.net
On the "Mail Settings" -> "Spam Settings" tab.
Now, were you looking for this "whitelist" or another one?
