Hello, my account cannot connect to xmpp service, I tried with the xmpp onion first, rhen without it, and it still won't connect.

Do you have a separate service password set for XMPP? (you would set that by logging into https://account.riseup.net and going to passwords -> service passwords -> chat password.
If not it should work with the main account password, but it's a good idea for security to have a separate one. So maybe try that and let us know if it's still not working.
