Does riseup.net provides a public DNS resolver?
As you know, DNS is essential in Internet, but there are different issues regarding the lack of privacy.
I'd be great to a public DNS server that respects privacy and provides DNS-over-TLS.

We are sorry, but we don't. And I don't think we will be providing that kind of service at least in the upcoming future. There are way too many things with higher prioritization.
