I have just created a Red account here, and for some reason I keep getting the error message 'login failed' when I attempt to log into my webmail. I have checked the username and password multiple times, and they are definitely correct. I have also tried with different browsers, but I still get the same error. Is there something I need to do at my end, or is there just a delay in the webmail account becoming active after the initial creation of the account?

You are trying to login to https://mail.riseup.net with your new account?
Be sure you only type "laerizaantifascista" into the login box, and not "laerizaantifascista@riseup.net"!
If it still isn't working, you may wish to use your recovery code to change the password.
