I'm sorry, it's been two days since your request... but when you run a rename process the server get a list of tasks to do, and that time one of those tasks get stucked and your rename was stuck also in there. When we fixed the things all the tasks set to run proceed did run ok and your rename was completed.
You should be able to login again since a couple of days ago
