Haven't received email since 2015 and it's not bouncing back

I haven't received new email since 2015, I've tried several times to fix but the help is unhelpful.The problem is that i trusted riseup.net as my backup email for important accounts i.e. health insurance and now i can't recover my passwords. I changed my dns back to my service provider, turned off VPN (PIA) and pretty much tried everything I could think of or was suggested to no avail.

So it sounds like you wanted to open up the email account to see what's up but you forgot the password? What client do you use to check mail?
