MERGED: Scheduling tool for a collective

Eleru wrote...
Can the riseup community recommend a scheduling tool for a local metro street medic collective? Following are some criteria under consideration but not necessarily in priority or sequential order:

1.Open source (FLOSS) preferred for privacy; but can still administer on web?
2.Multiple schedulers for non-hierarchy; Can all individuals self-schedule (assume large group for future; 50+)?
3.Display toggle month, week, day, event layouts
4.Display toggle all medics and individual schedule
5.Accept csv/spreadsheet data; output link to personal calendars; maybe also output to spreadsheet/csv
6.Functions to plot block schedule coverage of events and medics for quick scanning
7.Secure integration with a mobile app

Google can probably ace all criteria (and more) except FLOSS. Is there another good option(s)?

In addition to inputting csv/spreadsheet data, it is natural that users (medics) might want to interact with block schedule plots directly to schedule their work in relation to needed coverage at events or in general. Therefore, a criterion is added:

8.Enable interactive data entry in block schedule plots so medics can directly schedule their work there too

Do the desired criteria make it difficult to find a software match? Maybe volunteer fire departments or emergency relief groups would use similar scheduling tools. Is it necessary to just use a spreadsheet, and if so, will others have set up these functions already?

Sorry for not responding to this before! The system kind of lost it. I doubt it covers everything you want but have you looked at we.riseup.net?
