Hello everyone, thanks for the great work.
I created a riseup email account back in december 2015. For several reasons and mostly because I had a crypted professional email, I didn't use this account but I want to use it now for a new project, and life :)
But I just can't remember the password and alternate email won't work either. My question therefore is : Does riseup.net cancels accounts if they are not used like once a year or so ??

Yep, you're account is deleted. Quoting from our usage agreement (https://riseup.net/en/email/usage-agreement):
"Your mail account may be terminated for the following reasons…Account inactivity for more than six months."
You'll need an invite code to create a new account and we don't hand those out:
