My account banzhuomu@riseup.net has been closed. I want to use it again. How can I re-open it?
Our system currently disables accounts that have no activity after 6 months. To restore your account, simply go to account.riseup.net and login with your credentials.
Please be aware that you will need to log in to email/XMPP/VPN or account.riseup.net more often than once every 6 months or set up a forwarding address to ensure that this doesn't happen again in the future. We do eventually recycle inactive accounts, so you run the risk of deletion if you do otherwise.
