It would be really nice if Sympa could implement email notifications of replies to tickets. I can't imagine why no one's asked for this already.

Our ticket system software (called helpy) is totally different than our list software (called sympa) and they do their own mailing separately. When you file tickets through support.r.n you should also get emailed copies of any replies to your tickets, is that what you mean?

Thanks Roadrunner. All that's needed is a notification that there's a reply to the thread. No need to include the text of the reply in the notification. If such notifications were sent out, discussion threads would be kept more current and users wouldn't have to be always be checking in to see if there were replies to our queries.

Sorry for the tardy reply. Yes, I've been getting notifications for a while now. Still no notifications for topics added to discussions, but I can live with that.
