Bonjour,

Je n'arrive plus à avoir accès à mon compte cachecachepub@riseup.net. Je me souviens de mon mot de passe mais il m'est indiqué "la connexion a échoué". Il n'a pas été utilisé depuis quelques mois, mais je voudrais reprendre l'activité du collectif, et on a besoin d'avoir accès aux contacts qui sont tou.te.s là dedans !

Unfortunately, we do not have many in our collective that can speak your language. Would you mind if we used an online translation tool to help us understand one another or could you simply use English?

Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas beaucoup de membres de notre collectif qui parlent votre langue. Cela vous dérangerait-il si nous utilisions un outil de traduction en ligne pour nous aider à nous comprendre ou si vous utilisiez simplement l'anglais?

Hi!

I cannot access anymore to my account named cachecachepub@riseup.ne. I remember my password, so that's not the problem. Everytime I try to access it's written "the connexion has failed. The account has not been used for a few months, but I would like to reactivated the activity of the collective, and we need to have access to the contacts list that is there.

Our system currently disables accounts that have no activity after 12 months. Assuming you last logged in within that time frame, to restore your account, simply go to account.riseup.net and login with your credentials.

If you have already done that and seen your account as closed, that's kind of a confusing thing because by logging in, you just re-opened it. You should be able to use your email now.

Please be aware that you will need to log in to email/XMPP/VPN or account.riseup.net more often than once every 12 months or set up a forwarding address to ensure that this doesn't happen again in the future. We do eventually recycle inactive accounts, so you run the risk of deletion if you do otherwise.

Thank you for your answer, but it doesn't make more than 12 months, it's more something like 3-4 months...

It's still not working. The message is still "the connection has failed"

Sorry, maybe i misunderstood your situation.
How are you trying to connect to your account? Using an email client for desktop, mobile or the webmail?
