"Who can subscribe to the list" options have changed?

Hi,

The different options of "who can subscribe" have changed, there is just 4 now, which doesnt include "anyone can join without register" anymore.

is it normal? Did something has changed on that side? It makes it not super easy for people to register anymore...

Unfortunately we have had to limit the subscription options because of abuse.
