My Fairphone underwent a repair job in December, and was returned to me having been reverted to factory settings. Since then I've have reinstalled the Outlook app, but I'm unable to access my emails. When I attempt to log in using the password I use for Microsoft services, I get a "Login Error" message. If I select Advanced Settings, I'm asked to enter details for the "IMAP Incoming Mail Server". The IMAP Host Name is already set to "imap.riseup.net:993". What should I put for the IMAP Username and Password? I tried entering my Riseup login details, but then I was prompted for a SMTP Username and Password.

The SMTP username and password are the same than your riseup credentials. For example if you user is "louisaradice@riseup.net" then your username is "louisaradice" and your password is what you know is your password ;)
Those credentials are the ones you need yo use both in IMAP and SMTP settings.
