My Fairphone underwent a repair job in December and was returned to me reverted to factory settings. Since then I have been unable to restore Outlook. I follow the steps, and at "Connect IMAP" I enter the password I use to login to Microsoft services, but after a few minutes all I get is the error message: "Unable to login ... The connection was lost".
Please could you tell me what I need to enter for IMAP and SMTP? I've asked this question twice already but both those tickets have mysteriously vanished.

IMAP: mail.riseup.net port 993 (TLS) or port 143 (StartTLS).
SMTP: mail.riseup.net, port 465 (TLS) or port 587 (StartTLS).

The SMTP username and password are the same than your riseup credentials. For example if you user is "louisaradice@riseup.net" then your username is "louisaradice" and your password is what you know is your password ;)
Those credentials are the ones you need yo use both in IMAP and SMTP settings.
