I was wondering if there is a way of setting sieve rules ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sieve_(mail_filtering_language) ) manually for my email.

At the moment, we have mail filtering capability (using Sieve as a backend), but only with limited functionality. You can add/remove filters at https://account.riseup.net, once you have logged in.
