Hi. I cannot "ENCRYPT" My Email Storage because I Absolutely cannot find the Encryption Password I 'may' have created when I first created this Riseup Account. Every password I try is Wrong. I would like to be able to create a NEW Encryption Password. Can I do this, and how would I go about it? Thank you so much. Are you able to login into either mail.riseup.net or account.riseup.net?
If you need to reset you password you have two options: a) recovery code or b) recovery email address
Did you stored the "recovery code" given to you when you created your account?
While had access to your account, Did you set any email address as an alternative address for the recovery process?
