It would be great to have the possibility to set app-specific passwords for mail. You can already do that for VPN and chat, I would love to see this expanded to mail. If I give an email client the rights to retrieve my Riseup mails, I wouldn't like to give it my general password. iCloud for example offers this possibility to use services like Spark. And since the iOS mail program is currently compromised, I would like to use this option. There are certainly many other fields of application.

We have a centralized auth system for the riseup accounts. Riseup accounts are just the ones that involves email, as the VPN, pads, and share services are anonymous nowadays and the crabgrass, lists and chat uses a different account system each.
