Is there any possible way to view parts of what my recovery email on my old account could be?
Like how Twitter's SMS recovery says "We've sent a text to ***-***-xxxx"

Sadly there is no information we can handle to you. Apart from the possible security issues while doing it, we do not manage your recovery email information in clear text and we have no way to recover the original information from the data we store (we use something called one-way hash functions). You will need to check with every possible email account you have in order to get the right one.
