I'm unable to log into my webmaster account and am receiving a message regarding maintenance being the reason.
If I use my secondary recovery email and change my password, I am able to log in but it states my account is closed. Is there anything that van be done to reopen the account? Thanks.

Your account was suspended because it was caught sending pharmacy spam. It may be possible that your account was somehow compromised and others are abusing it to sending spam. So, we can re-enable it, but you need to change your password ASAP to avoid any further abuse.
