I recently had issues receiving mail from noreply@morethan.tv. This issue persists, I cannot receive nor is mail moved to my spam box, it just never arrives. Could someone look at the cause of this? I had no issues receiving mail at my Gmail address for the same provider.

postfix.log:Aug 14 19:35:24 mx1 postfix/smtpd[18283]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[0.0.0.0]: 450 4.7.1 Client host rejected: cannot find your reverse hostname, [0.0.0.0]; from= to= proto=ESMTP helo=
The problem currently is that their mail server is not using a reverse hostname, which while is not a forced thing, it is in practice something required by the mail servers that don't have the resources of gmail to deal with spam (it's the cheapest way to avoid spam from home computers/mobile phones). Would it be possible for you to ask them to add that record so riseup and other e-mail providers can work with them? We could add a "whitelist" for this, but it seems like a bad idea and doesn't really scale.
