Unable to receive mail

Correspondents receive an “undeliverable: recipient mailbox full” notice. This has been a problem for about a week. My entire account has only a couple of very brief messages. Advice and help will be appreciated.

Hi,

So there are different things. The first one is that your account was using all the capacity and your max capacity was 150mb. When i was checking i update it to be 400mb as the current max our system allows. We announce these changes on the newsletters! try to keep up to date with them.

The second thing that i'm risking to guess is that you had use e-mail clients (like phone or desktop ones). Every e-mail client set things in different folders, for example some of them call the trash folder Trash and others Junk... This is a very common problem and we have no idea how to fix it as every client implements their own way to do things.

So, how can you check the reality of your mailbox?

1) Go to https://mail.riseup.net and login
2) There is a cog on the bottom left. When you click it, it should say somethings about Folder configuration or Folder administration. Pick that
3) Be sure all the folders are enabled and go back to your Mail (one of the links on the top right)

Review the situation and clean up what you need to clean.
