Hi Clownfish,

This is definitely a 'phish' email - good for you for noticing how suspicious it was! Best to just delete it, or move it to your Spam folder (so our system can learn). Definitely do not follow the link, and *never* open an attachment on an email that you did not arrange previously to arrive (even from a friend!).
