i have created my riseup account and i am wondering why my login details won't allow me to access my mail account? do i need to recreate something in order for it to work?
You should first check and make sure that you can get into accounts.riseup.net. If that works, first, while you're there make sure you go to Passwords -> Recovery Codes and make sure you have a recovery code generated and safely stored just in case you ever forget your password.
Assuming that you can get in there, I'm guessing that you're perhaps using your whole email address? That seems logical on webmail, but it's not the right thing to do.
