I keep getting mailbox almost full messages, this time 92%, over years i have been slowly deleting the contents of my inbox when i recieve these messages but to no avail the message remains keeps popping up and actually interfering with my ability to delete old messages. So i have little choice but to increase my data allowance unnecessarily it seems. My junk folder is set to delete on logging out of my account. I have sent at least two tickets to riseup about this but never recieved any response.
Recently much of my usual inbox mail as been diverted into to my spam box????? I have reset the filter and hope this resolves the problem, Im not aware this has happened before is there any reason for this, my obvious conclusion is that it may be because whatever is miss-monitoring my data quota, did this to prevent my inbox becoming full even though it is not as i have explained. Any help much appreciated S x.
What are the sizes of all of your folders, including trash and spam? What clients do you use to connect?
FYI: there's no other tickets in the system associated with this email, so not sure where you sent the aforementioned tickets, but not here, or perhaps with a different email.
