No emails received whilst Mailbox is empty

Hello - pls help, as I have not received any email for the past 3 days. I have emptied all mail folders online. I can send, but I cannot receive and emails are bouncing back to the senders. Thx for timely help or pointers, I now need it! Christine K

Your account has been getting e-mail, in the last hours (we only keep logs for a small time) i see a bunch of them delivered to your e-mail account (32 in the last 6 hours).

At the same time I see you are using a pop3 client and an imap one. The first will delete your e-mail in your account after checking it, can this be part of the problem?

Another issue is that at some time in the last hours your mailbox was full. As it was at 150mb I increased the quota storage to 400mb (our current limit, we announce these things in the newsletters, they are good to read!). Usually e-mail clients get a warning when you are close to the limit (to avoid this situation). Which clients are you using? it didn't give you any clue?

And last, we are working to increase storage this year again. We are working a lot to improve the user experience with our services and I hope we will have better ways to avoid the situation you faced in the upcoming future
