Using the web interface
To open a help ticket click on the cross that's next to your avatar at the bottom left of the page.
When the new ticket form opens, fill in a title and tell us what you need in the TEXT area.
Once you are done click on the button that says Create.
Once you are done click on the button that says Create.
Sending an email
It is also possible open a help ticket by sending an email to support@riseup.net
Help us help you
It's useful to have as much information as possible so that we can handle your ticket. Tell us which service you are asking about (e.g. VPN, email, lists, etherpad), any names that would help us find the issue faster (e.g. your email username or the list name) and any date or time or any other details you can think of that would help us solve your issue as fast as possible.
